Instructions:
Required for the mix: 175 ml milk, 2 eggs, butter for frying. Required for the vegan mix: 150 ml soy drink, butter for frying. Place the eggs in a bowl and whisk briefly. Add half of the milk and the mix and stir well. Add the rest of the milk and knead into a smooth dough. For the vegan mix, combine the mixture with the soy drink to get a smooth dough. Heat the butter over medium heat in a non-stick frying pan and pour in the dough, spreading it evenly. After 3 – 5 minutes, when the edges begin to separate slightly and the top is still liquid, divide it into 4 parts, then flip and fry for another 2 – 3 minutes. Break the dough into smaller pieces and fry for another minute until golden brown. Before serving, you can sprinkle the Kaiserschmarrn with powdered sugar or sugar and cinnamon and serve with compote or applesauce.
